I have a small obsession with waffles. I'm determined to make the most realistic waffles ever, I think I try a new technique/color/clay/method every month. So far, I haven't made a waffle that looks as realistic as I would like, but I have a lot of embarrassing failures xD I know one day I will look at them and giggle, but right now they're hidden so no one ever sees my horrible attempts :nuu:

Somewhere along the way I made these waffles. These weren't made to look realistic, I just wanted to have fun making waffles again, so I made them super colorful and cute. Also, I noticed that some people use gold clay so they're shimmery, and I wanted to try it; I think they're cute, but they're nowhere as realistic as I want them to be. So I suppose they'll remain as a fun experiment xD

I also wanted to make beads, so I mixed some colorful colors, made a marbled pattern and covered them in reflective beads. They're very shimmery xD the strawberry slices are from a cane I made long ago, I made cherries and plums.

Would anyone be interested in waffles like this? I think I would sell them for $3-$4 each. If anyone wants to buy them let me know and I can send you the invoice or put them in my etsy store for you :D

Made using the same techniques and tools I explained in my waffle tutorial:

Sculpey III, TLS, headpins, reflective beads, glaze.
