A kitten's life in photos 11 to 31 days old by Talty A kitten's life in photos 11 to 31 days old by Talty
Since I posted the photo of my new kitty I've received requests to post more photos and updates on his progress, some people suggested making a photo journal of him... and being the cat lover I am, I couldn't resist  I didn't want to flood my watcher's inbox with photos of my kitty so I put them all together like this telling his story, I think it shows his progress beautifully XD you can see how much and how fast he grows up, it's insane D:

And no, he doesn't have a name yet! We are still waiting for him to decide his name, our guess is that he's still too small to know it (Edit: a bit after posting this he settled on Freddie, it fits him perfectly!). He has a very gentle and playful character, he's very sweet and he wants to be around us all the time. When called he comes running, looking visibly excited and jumps right on my lap. And now I'm off to bake cupcakes to celebrate the first time he uses the litter box, my days of helping him "go" are finally over XD

NOTE: I'm aware that I'm not the best photographer, but I'm trying to improve and learn how take beautiful artistic photos, so I took these photos as practice. I'm aware some of them are grainy and out of focus, and I would really appreciate tips or tutorials on how to take better photos of my cats, specially because they move so much XD

Aw, so cute!  I've had several rescue animals- mostly dogs-the last one was a beagle, several years old, and had just been tied up and abandoned.  It took a couple months to get his weight back up and a little longer to get him to come up to any of us on his own.  Now he's fat, lazy, and loves to sit on the couch with his toys next to my aunt (she took him as soon as he was healthy and social again).

Last year on November, my dad brought home a 2 month female kitten. He said he found her hidden under his truck on one of the tires; in reality I tried not to get attached 'cause I thought he would take her away soon enough. Days after, I was surprised when my parents kept telling me when a I going my cat proper food - shocking considering knowing my parents I thought the kitten wouldn't stay for long.
I gave her the name "Shiro" :aww:
She sure isn't the cuddling type, and she doesn't show much gratitude to my dad for bringing her here lol
Shiro is annoying most of the day and doesn't often show affection, but even if I was gifted with the most annoying kitten, I will still love that bothersome furball

My family just recently adopted a kitten about a month ago when my dad found my little baby hanging out in the his of his car on top of his battery. He had me get her some food, and all we had was canned dog food. We think she hitched a ride from a town an hour away that we had visited the previous night. We call her Farren, which means wanderer. My little wanderer is 14 weeks old this past Sunday. Now she is such a joy in my life. She chases the the dogs around, and howls like a Siamese cat (which my mom who had owned many in the past says that she definitely has Siamese in her) when I leave for work.

Que hermoso!! Me recuerda a mi Cati.

How can taking photos of cute kittens be not a fun thing to do? =P
All the cats I adopted were from the RSPCA (Australian equivalent of ASPCA) :)
Keep us updated with all your cats
