My fiancée is actually my guinea pig XD due to the life style he leads the things he wears get worn out a LOT faster, like 10 times faster, so I give him things when I want to test anything new XD In this case I was testing a new glaze, the glue on the bail, the black chain necklace and the magnetic clasps I bought, they all passed the test!

everything lasted quite well for months, until one of my cats found the necklace and broke it in a million pieces XD

Oka is pretty much obsessed with the whole Warhammer 40k universe, particularly with his Blood Angels... so I decided to make him an ornamental blood drop pendant. He's wearing it in this pic. I made this around the time we finished playing TLoZ: Skyward Sword, and I really loved the new design on the heart containers! So I was inspired by it to decorate the blood drop with gold clay, besides the color scheme matches his Blood Angels and Sanguinary Guard perfectly. It was super difficult to make the design symmetric x.x I really liked it, and he loved it even more, but looking back I think I should have made the center section a bit smaller to leave more room for the filigree.

Since this one was destroyed by my cats I plan to make it again, next time with wings

I like the simplicity and clean look I achieved in this one. I would make one for me but there's not a lot of pretty things to represent Orks XD Still, I love my Orks <3

Technical stuff: All handmade with polymer clay by me, no molds, premades or bought pieces were used. This was about 2.3 cm ~ a bit under an inch tall. Quite small

Don't worry I have no problem with people getting inspired by my work, I think we are all inspired by someone else. It's just a matter of knowing when to give credit

I was thinking of grabbing natural stones and adding designs to them with the clay like that.
