Donutsby `Talty

I was trying new techniques with these donuts and having fun with as many colors as possible. These are "fantasy" donuts, not trying to replicate real ones.

So far, everybody has asked me "why is there a rose in the donut? Oo Donuts don't have roses!". In case anyone else is wandering the same thing, because I wanted to see how little I could make them. The blue rose's diameter is barely 3.5mm

Also, I call the other chocolate donut a "luxury chocolate donut". I actually want to make one of those (for real), but I don't have the metalized sugar bits.

Made with Sculpey III, microbeads, and those little nail decorations my boyfriend bought because I thought the butterflies where cute

wow, these are the prettiest doughnuts I've ever seen XD
It's amazing how you could get the rose so small. My favorite it the blue one with the shiny diamonds on top. It's such a cool effect. Were the diamonds nail decorations too or made out of clay? I feel silly for asking but you make such realistic foods that I can't tell the difference between what's what's clay and what's not anymore XD
If you did make them out of clay could you please tell me how or what kind of clay you bought

The little purple diamons are nail decorations too

I bought a ton of them, they're the perfect size to decorate miniatures

besides this little plastic ones are really cheap too and they come in all kind of shapes
