~tanabatablossom shares a great tip about egg whites: "Make sure the room temperature is cool or beat the egg whites in a bowl that is sitting in ice water to keep the egg whites cold or else they won't form shiny peaks. Who knew?
A couple of days ago, when I received a DD for my polymer clay waffles tutorial I got so excited about making more tutorials! Luckily I found the photos for this tutorial sitting forgotten in my hard drive, seems like I took them more than a year ago
This is one of my oldest recipes. I think I've done this since I was 14, and it's so good! The cake is soft, fluffy, light, and just perfectly sweet... I don't like things that are overly sweet but it's very rich and delicious.
