~tanabatablossom shares a great tip about egg whites: "Make sure the room temperature is cool or beat the egg whites in a bowl that is sitting in ice water to keep the egg whites cold or else they won't form shiny peaks. Who knew?
A couple of days ago, when I received a DD for my polymer clay waffles tutorial I got so excited about making more tutorials! Luckily I found the photos for this tutorial sitting forgotten in my hard drive, seems like I took them more than a year ago
This is one of my oldest recipes. I think I've done this since I was 14, and it's so good! The cake is soft, fluffy, light, and just perfectly sweet... I don't like things that are overly sweet but it's very rich and delicious.
came out quite decent...the 6 eggs that u said i shudve added dint seem right as the final had quite a bit of the eggs presence in it...messed a little with the final texture too..im guessing 4 instead of 6 would do that trick..another annoying part was that i had to sit beside the cooker to hold the damn start button down so it wudent auto shut..which is its true function once it thinks the "rice" is done...but according to public review (hostel mates ) it was quite good and wanted me to make more...which i will on this approaching weekend.
Perhaps your eggs were larger than mine I always have to tweak recipes a bit too, just experiment and have fun! Anyway, I'm glad you received good reviews!
I've never tried cooking it in a rice cooker, but now I can't stop thinking about it! I don't know why but it sounds like an interesting experiment.

You should put them on DA, it's great to receive feedback from others
