Mondhund 11: Nike

This was a commission for *GrandmaThunderpants, she asked me to make her mother's dog Nike in the style of my Mondkatze, this is a pendant but I took the photos before gluing the bail. *GrandmaThunderpants referred to Nike as the "potato dog" because of her adorable chubbiness, and I looooved that XD so I kinda accentuated her potatoness. This pose lazily stretching was one of the references she sent me, she had that face of utter happiness and I tried to paint it, I hope successfully.

She told me that her mom loves tiki style, which was quite a challenge because we don't have anything tiki here lol. I worked with the photos she sent me and I noticed that they use a lot of wood and hibiscus flowers, so that's what I used for this design I wouldn't say it's 100% accurate, but she liked it ^^

Technical stuff: All handmade by me with polymer clay, the wood grain was made with clay too. Acrylic paints were used to paint the moon and Nike.
