I can't remember when I made these or what I did to them, but when my boyfriend saw the photos lost among folders he said that they're really pretty and asked why I never posted them... so here they are! I remember I wanted to make something fun, and truffles are really fun and a good opportunity to prove new techniques, which is what I did here. Of course like a lot of people I learned how to make these using *chat-noir's Chocolate Charm tutorial. My favorite is the one with the cherries on top, the other two are cute but the way I tried to make the lines didn't work as I planned, the next time I try truffles you'll see how much I've improved since :D

Technical stuff: Handmade with polymer clay, no molds premades were used and nothing was bought!

I love them! Just feel like grabbing one and eating it :giggle: Btw, what kind of coin is that?
In the past, I've noticed people using various object for size reference and I wanted to do it myself for my creations, but I could never come up with something that would be ABSOLUTELY universal and the same size everywhere ;p I thought of a coin, but then there's this: coins in my country vary from a pea-sized coins to an inch-sized ones, plus noone knows them ^^; then there's Euro and British pennies and US coins, so: in the end I still have no clue of the size of the coin on the pic :B
then I thought about an AA battery which is the same everywhere, but then I thought that people might think it's an AAA one, which looks the same but is a tad smaller and still doesn't work when it comes to precise sizes of tiny objects U_U what do you think about it Talty?? in the end, I think the ruler is the best, but it looks stupid U_U
the longest and silliest comment ever lol

Thank you so much!

About the size reference, I'm using an US penny, I noticed that it's pretty average sized and a lot of people are familiar with its size, even if they're not from the US. And since most of my watchers and costumers are from the US, they can get a good idea of the size of my work. If you want something more universal I've seen people using matches for smaller things and pencil for bigger ones, and they work great! Pencils and matches are the same size everywhere :)

pencil and matches, got it!! ^_^
I've just googled the penny and it's nearly 20mm, right? It's the same size of Polish '50 groszy' coin, which is 4th by size I think (we have even smaller ones, which really serve no practical function and are just heavy in your pocketU_U)
Thanks for the reply :) You're very kind :huggle:
