Polymer Clay Maneki-nekoby ^Talty

Part of a commission for ~Beltaneh, this Maneki-neko is completely handmade with polymer clay. The face, spots, paws and inscription are painted with acrylics. It sits proudly on top of a bamboo hair chopstick

This is the first time in quite a while that I try making a figurine, they've never been my forte (last time I made a Nekopan, and I never quite liked them). For a while I said that I couldn't do "anything with a face" but I'm actually happy with how this turned out, I guess I'm ready to try again.

Esta es la primera vez en mucho tiempo que intento hacer una figurita, nunca han sido mi punto fuerte (la última vez hice un Nekopan, y nunca me gustó del todo). Por un tiempo solía decir que no puedo hacer nada con rostro, pero en realidad me gustó como quedó esto. Supongo que es tiempo de volver a intentar.}
