Sorry for the large file!

My mom asked me to bake her chocolate tartlets this time. I couldn't say no, so I took photos of the whole thing for this tutorial. I'm sorry for the blurriness of some pictures.

Sorry if some of my techniques are... unorthodox. I have no formal cooking education, courses or anything, I just like to cook. So yeah, I may be doing everything wrong but the final result is pretty good :P

If you try it, please let me know!

Made it (gluten free version so I added Xanthan Gum) and it was lovely! Made my first quiche. Cheese and onion. Very full of flavour and the pastry was just right. So pleased with myself!!

You're causing me a lot of expense all this coking and fimo making! :giggle:
